SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way. We ship from Seattle, Washington via USPS and UPS. At this time we ship within the continental United States only — we do not ship to US territories or international addresses.
We do our best to get every order out promptly, but please allow a little extra time around holidays and during high-volume periods.

All shipments include tracking. Delivery times vary by shipping zone from Seattle, WA.
Jules Diamond Necklaces ship via Priority Mail regardless of order total.
Local Pickup & Delivery — Seattle Metro
For customers in the Seattle area, curbside pickup and local delivery are available. Please allow 2–3 days.
Curbside Pickup Free. You'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
Local Delivery Available to Seattle, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, and Redmond. If you're outside these areas, reach out and we'll do our best to make arrangements.
Delivery is free on orders over $75. A $5 delivery fee applies to orders under $75.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your happiness with every Marble Fox purchase matters to us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
For vintage items, we photograph and describe every piece with care and accuracy. If you have questions or would like additional photos before purchasing, we're always happy to help — just reach out at hello@iheartmarblefox.com before you commit.
